Who runs the call?
One of three Rocklane partners. There is no SDR layer and no junior account exec. The person on the call is the person who would scope and run your install.
How long is the call?
The call is thirty minutes with a hard stop. We respect your time and ours. If we need a deeper conversation we schedule a second 45-minute working session rather than an open-ended one.
What should I have ready?
Please have the last 90 days of paid-media spend by channel, monthly inbound lead volume, an approximate close rate, and the URL of your primary site. If any are missing we will work with what you have.
Will you sign an NDA first?
Yes. You can execute one in seconds right on this page. Open the Mutual NDA block below the booking form, type your name as your signature, and submit. Do you only work with healthcare?
Yes, we work with healthcare firms exclusively. This includes DSOs, surgical groups, dermatology, med-spa rollups, mental health, specialty practices, and concierge medicine. We do not take work outside the healthcare sector.
What does it cost if I hire you?
Our 30-day installs have a fixed scope and price, and we provide a quote after the call. Most installs fall between $35K and $85K depending on the layer count. Optimization retainers are separately scoped after handoff if and when they are chosen.
What if you are not the right fit?
We will say so on the call and refer you to a firm that is better suited for your needs whenever possible. An honest answer is more valuable for both sides than a forced engagement.
