- Can I buy a single Rocklane system, or do I have to buy the whole stack?
- Both. Discrete systems such as AI Websites, AI Intake, Patient Acquisition, Paid Media, SEO & LLM, and Analytics can be purchased individually with their own setup fee and monthly operating fee. Most clients begin with one or two systems and expand to a full revenue-system engagement after the first install proves out.
- How are services priced?
- Each module has a fixed setup fee and a transparent monthly operating fee. Setup runs from $750 for a Reputation Engine at a single location to $15,000 for a De-novo & M&A Ramp per location. Monthly operating fees range from $295 for an AI Website to $8,500 for a De-novo & M&A Ramp. Bundled tier engagements start at $1,495/mo for Solo operators and scale to $48,000/mo and above for Enterprise clients. Paid-media spend is paid directly to Google and Meta and is never marked up.
- How long does setup take from kickoff to live?
- The standard install window is 30 days from signed agreement to live production traffic for a single module. AI Websites and AI Intake are typically live in week three. Paid Media and Patient Acquisition reach steady state by day 30 with the first optimization sprint in week five. Multi-module engagements run installs in parallel and finish inside the same 30-day window. The De-novo & M&A Ramp Package follows a 12-month ramp plan against the deal model.
- What is included in every module?
- Each module ships with discovery, technical install, integration with your EHR or PMS and scheduler, creative and copy production, configuration of tracking and attribution, a dedicated revenue lead, a Slack-based support channel, weekly optimization sprints, monthly performance reports, and quarterly executive reviews. There are no separate fees for creative, reporting, or strategy.
- Do services come with creative and copy?
- Yes. Every system includes the creative, copy, design, and content production required to operate it. We do not hand you a tool and ask your in-house team to fill it. The deliverable is a working system, not a license.
- Do you offer pilots or trials?
- We do not run free pilots. The first paid engagement is a 30-day production install with a defined revenue checkpoint. If the checkpoint is missed and the cause is on our side, we extend at no additional fee until it is met.
- What is the contract term and cancellation policy?
- Single-module engagements run on a 6-month minimum after the 30-day install, then convert to month-to-month with 30 days written notice. Bundled tier engagements run on a 12-month term with the same conversion to month-to-month thereafter. There are no long-term lock-ins past the initial term and no cancellation fees.
- What integrations are supported out of the box?
- Major dental and medical EHR/PMS platforms, leading scheduling tools, the major call-tracking providers, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, GMB, Slack, and the major CRMs. Custom integrations ship via webhook bridges or our internal middleware when a direct integration does not exist.
- What ongoing support is included?
- Every system includes weekly optimization sprints, a dedicated revenue lead, a Slack-based support channel, monthly performance reports, and quarterly executive reviews. Multi-location and DSO clients also get a quarterly on-site or on-Zoom strategy session.
- Do you work with practices outside the United States?
- We work with healthcare operators across the United States and Canada. Engagements outside North America are evaluated case by case based on regulatory posture, language coverage, and integration availability.
