Most agencies sell time and serve everyone. Rocklane sells systems and serves only healthcare. Each of our services is a fully productized revenue capability with a defined scope, a fixed install fee, a monthly operating cost, and a measurable contribution to the patient funnel. You know exactly what you are buying, exactly what it does, and exactly how it ties to produced revenue.

Clients begin in one of two ways. Single-location specialty practices and emerging groups usually start with one or two discrete systems, typically the AI Website plus Patient Acquisition, to prove out the operating model before expanding. Multi-location groups, DSOs, and multi-state healthcare brands more often begin with a full revenue-system engagement, where every layer of the stack is installed simultaneously and operated by a single accountable team.

This page acts as the catalog. Each system below has a dedicated deep-dive page with architecture, deliverables, sample reports, and pricing detail. Use the cross-links to drill into the systems that map to your current bottleneck, then book a 30-minute diagnostic to design the engagement.

The acquisition surface is instrumented with AI-Powered Websites.

The website is the only asset in your stack that touches every campaign, every channel, and every patient. If it does not load fast, rank well, and convert reliably, every dollar upstream of it is discounted. Rocklane AI Websites are engineered to be the highest-converting surface in healthcare, featuring sub-second loads, schema-perfect markup, service-line landing pages, and an integrated AI intake widget on every relevant page.

Every site ships with conversion experiments wired in from day one and a quarterly refresh against live performance data. You do not get a brochure that ages out, you get a working acquisition surface that gets sharper every quarter.

Patient Acquisition Systems are multi-channel and capacity-first.

Lead volume is the wrong target. Booked appointments in the right service lines, for the right providers, at a sustainable acquisition cost is the real target. Rocklane Patient Acquisition Systems are built around your capacity plan, identifying which providers have open chairs, which service lines need backfilling, and which markets are converting above benchmark.

We operate Google, Meta, local placements, organic content, referral programs, and reactivation campaigns as one program with one weekly cadence and one shared dashboard. Channels coordinate, spend follows capacity, and reporting reconciles to produced revenue.

Paid Media driven by engineering, not guesswork.

Rocklane Paid Media operates Google, Meta, and local placements as a single program. Account architecture is rebuilt around your service lines and capacity plan, creative is produced in-house and refreshed against live performance, and every campaign is wired into the same attribution model as the rest of the stack.

The deliverable is not just managed ad accounts. It is a measurement-grade media program where the executive team can see, in one view, which dollar produced which appointment for which provider in which market and with which message.

SEO and LLM Optimization for search and AI answers in one motion.

Buyers no longer search in one place. They Google, they ask ChatGPT, they query Perplexity, they scroll TikTok, they read Reddit. SEO as a discipline used to optimize for one of those surfaces while Rocklane operates the full set as one motion. Content, structured data, entity authority, and prompt-aware copy are produced together, so the same investment ranks on Google, gets cited by LLM answers, and earns trust on social.

We measure the program against share of voice in both classic SERPs and LLM-answer surfaces, and we ship monthly content batches against a documented topical map keyed to your service lines.

Close the leak at the bottom of the funnel with AI Intake Automation.

The single most expensive line item on most healthcare P&Ls is the unanswered phone call. Rocklanes AI Intake system is a 24/7 voice and chat receptionist trained on your service lines, providers, insurance posture, and tone. It answers within two rings, qualifies the caller, books directly into your scheduler, and escalates to a human when policy or sensitivity requires it.

Because the receptionist is wired into the website, the call-tracking number, the lead qualifier, and the reporting dashboard, attribution stays clean and the front desk gets a single triaged queue instead of a separate inbox.

How AI Intake works

Analytics and Reporting as the system of record for revenue.

If your reporting cannot answer which service lines made money this month and what they cost to acquire, it is not reporting, it is decoration. Rocklane Analytics & Reporting installs a closed-loop attribution model from first click to produced revenue at the service-line, provider, and location level, which is then surfaced in an executive dashboard and a weekly revenue digest.

For multi-location groups and DSOs, the reporting layer is often the first reason clients hire us and the last reason they ever leave. It becomes the board-room view of growth.

Review velocity and response automation from the Reputation Engine.

Reviews are the single strongest local-pack ranking signal in healthcare and the conversion lever on every paid landing page. The Reputation Engine drives review velocity, AI-drafts responses with HIPAA-aware guardrails, routes negative sentiment within minutes, and maintains directory parity across Google, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, RealSelf, Yelp, and the major specialty directories.

Recover the substantial revenue already in your database through Recall and Reactivation.

Lapsed-patient revenue is the most underpriced line on a mature healthcare P&L. Seven productized sequences, such as hygiene recall, post-op follow-up, lapsed win-back, no-show recovery, treatment-plan acceptance, dormant-membership, and milestone touchpoints, operate multi-channel against your EHR or PMS. These programs include frequency caps, channel preferences, and outcomes reconciled to produced revenue.

Referral Systems combining patient ambassadors and physician CRM into one program.

The cheapest patient is the one another patient or physician sent. Referral Systems operates the patient ambassador motion and the physician-to-physician CRM together, featuring structured referral-source attribution at intake and a Stark and AKS-compliant program design documented for counsel review.

Defending recurring revenue with Membership and LTV Operations.

Recurring revenue is the only line on the P&L that does not have to be re-acquired every month. Our operations cover tier design, billing, payment-failure recovery, structured save flows, upgrade paths, and cohort LTV analytics for med-spa, concierge, DPC, dermatology, and dental membership programs.

Call Intelligence and Coaching to score the revenue that still routes through humans.

AI Intake closes the missed-call leak, while Call Intelligence coaches the calls AI hands off. We provide AI-scored recordings against your per-service-line playbook, weekly per-agent coaching reports, and missed-opportunity recovery wired back into the queue. Most practices recover 8 to 18 booking points without changing upstream traffic.

Compressed ramp for new locations and acquisitions via the Ramp Package.

PE-backed platforms underwrite a 12-month ramp, but most de-novos hit it at 22. The Ramp Package is a parallel team that owns the location from pre-open or pre-close diagnostic through the month-12 handoff to the steady-state operating model. It is priced against the deal model, not against hours.

We serve healthcare operators only.

Rocklane is a single-category firm by design. We take work exclusively from healthcare operators because the leverage in our team, our playbooks, our AI intake training data, and our attribution model compounds when every engagement shares the same buying journey, the same compliance surface, and the same unit economics.

  • DSOs and multi-location dental groups

We provide provider-level attribution across markets, capacity-aware acquisition, and consistent operator playbooks at every location.

  • Surgical and medical specialty groups

Including plastic surgery, ENT, ortho, GI, urology, fertility, vein, and pain specialties with service-line attribution and high-consideration intake flows.

  • Dermatology and med-spa rollups

Managing cosmetic vs. medical service-line economics, capacity-tuned paid media, and reputation and recall loops.

  • Mental health and behavioral health

Focusing on insurance-aware intake, sensitive-category compliance posture, and stigma-conscious creative.

  • Concierge and direct primary care

Handling membership LTV models, low-volume high-consideration acquisition, and member-referral mechanics.

  • Multi-state healthcare groups

Providing rolled-up board reporting, per-location operator views, and provider-level productivity dashboards.

Buying paths for discrete systems vs. full revenue engagement.

Most single-location and emerging healthcare brands start with one or two systems, usually the AI Website plus Patient Acquisition, and expand once the first install pays for itself. Per-system pricing means there is no big-bang commitment to evaluate the operating model.

Multi-location groups, DSOs, and multi-state healthcare brands more often begin with a full revenue-system engagement where every layer is installed in parallel and operated as one program. Pricing in that mode is quoted against a documented revenue target with quarterly executive reviews and a defined escalation path if the checkpoint is missed.

Either way, the first step is the same. Start with a 30-minute diagnostic to map the patient funnel, identify the highest-leverage system, and design the engagement.

Frequently asked

Common questions from buyers.

Can I buy a single Rocklane system, or do I have to buy the whole stack?
Both. Discrete systems such as AI Websites, AI Intake, Patient Acquisition, Paid Media, SEO & LLM, and Analytics can be purchased individually with their own setup fee and monthly operating fee. Most clients begin with one or two systems and expand to a full revenue-system engagement after the first install proves out.
How are services priced?
Each module has a fixed setup fee and a transparent monthly operating fee. Setup runs from $750 for a Reputation Engine at a single location to $15,000 for a De-novo & M&A Ramp per location. Monthly operating fees range from $295 for an AI Website to $8,500 for a De-novo & M&A Ramp. Bundled tier engagements start at $1,495/mo for Solo operators and scale to $48,000/mo and above for Enterprise clients. Paid-media spend is paid directly to Google and Meta and is never marked up.
How long does setup take from kickoff to live?
The standard install window is 30 days from signed agreement to live production traffic for a single module. AI Websites and AI Intake are typically live in week three. Paid Media and Patient Acquisition reach steady state by day 30 with the first optimization sprint in week five. Multi-module engagements run installs in parallel and finish inside the same 30-day window. The De-novo & M&A Ramp Package follows a 12-month ramp plan against the deal model.
What is included in every module?
Each module ships with discovery, technical install, integration with your EHR or PMS and scheduler, creative and copy production, configuration of tracking and attribution, a dedicated revenue lead, a Slack-based support channel, weekly optimization sprints, monthly performance reports, and quarterly executive reviews. There are no separate fees for creative, reporting, or strategy.
Do services come with creative and copy?
Yes. Every system includes the creative, copy, design, and content production required to operate it. We do not hand you a tool and ask your in-house team to fill it. The deliverable is a working system, not a license.
Do you offer pilots or trials?
We do not run free pilots. The first paid engagement is a 30-day production install with a defined revenue checkpoint. If the checkpoint is missed and the cause is on our side, we extend at no additional fee until it is met.
What is the contract term and cancellation policy?
Single-module engagements run on a 6-month minimum after the 30-day install, then convert to month-to-month with 30 days written notice. Bundled tier engagements run on a 12-month term with the same conversion to month-to-month thereafter. There are no long-term lock-ins past the initial term and no cancellation fees.
What integrations are supported out of the box?
Major dental and medical EHR/PMS platforms, leading scheduling tools, the major call-tracking providers, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, GMB, Slack, and the major CRMs. Custom integrations ship via webhook bridges or our internal middleware when a direct integration does not exist.
What ongoing support is included?
Every system includes weekly optimization sprints, a dedicated revenue lead, a Slack-based support channel, monthly performance reports, and quarterly executive reviews. Multi-location and DSO clients also get a quarterly on-site or on-Zoom strategy session.
Do you work with practices outside the United States?
We work with healthcare operators across the United States and Canada. Engagements outside North America are evaluated case by case based on regulatory posture, language coverage, and integration availability.
